Wall colour has been decided on, Beige Royal Quarter strength and the cabinets have been changed in the bathrooms and laundry to be Moose.

The kitchen appliances have also been decided on as detailed below

We have the Power!!!

The power has now been connected to the block after some good followup by our electrician and the block has been scraped.

Neighbor has put up a few fence posts and think might be keen to get a fence put up before we finish building.

Building was due to commence yesterday but not sure if anything happened due to the rain, meeting with the building supervisor on Thursday to get a copy of the schedule and find out a little more about the whole process.

DA Approval!!!

Today we received the development application approval in the mail so we are all approved to build.

Just have to make the final few decisions and we will be right to meet with the Site Supervisor and things will start getting underway.
